I'm not sure of the legality of this statement, but they can charge whatever they want (as far as i'm concerned). If someone doesn't want it, they can look elsewhere, and if they put it in their "cart" without checking the prices, that's their problem. May sound harsh, but it's a cruel world. It wouldn't be smart business practice to do this, as it would "get around" quickly, (just look at the posts in THG forums about Newegg price-gouging). That's why i think it must be a typo.
