core 2 duo question

hi, I have the core 2 duo e6400 (2.13ghz). Stock cooler. My bios says the temperature idle for it is 32c. Thats not under any load, just bios. Is that normal. The processor is not overclocked

yes it is normal. BTW why not overclocking the baby?

only reason im not overclocking is i dont want to risk breaking anything because ive never done it before, so i dont really know how to do it.
