Hi, am in the process of building my first system and was wondering if this hard drive would be compatiable and ok for the motherboard i am buying. The motherboard says it supports IDE type:2 x ATA/133 + 2 x SATA/150 (w/ RAID) Supports RAID 0, 1 and 1+0 and the hard drive i am looking at buying is on the link below:

The hard drive say the interface type is ATA/100 which is why i wanted to make sure it is compatiable. Many thanks.
