Happier E6600 - help with OC

Well this is my 1st OC ever, so I ran into some problems:

Situation till now:

Curently running at 3,15 Ghz - stable
Max OC: 3,51 Ghz - crashing

Config:
Asus p5w dh deluxe
E6600 (stepping 6, B2)
2x 1 GB GEIL 800 Mhz
Cooling : Air (zalman 9500)
BIOS: 1305

At max OC (3,51) i had this settings:
Ram at 780
Bus: 390
VMCH: 1,65 (how dangerous is to rise voltage here?)

Hyper: disabled
PCI express Frequency: 100 Mhz
PCI clock: 33,33 MHz fixed
AI quiet : Disabled
Enhanced intel speedstepp T: Disabled
Enhanced C1: disabled

Well.. can you give me some advice pls?

Does anyone have similar or the same config and would be kind enough to help me out here?

Try that.

Other than that, I raised the VCore to 1.52V or something and got it to 3.6 GHz with stock heatsink and fan.

However, could not run Prime 95.

not to be nosey or anything, but wusy, do you have like a workbench with all these parts just lying out?

if so, let me know when you're going to retire and I'll take over from there 8)
