Urgent help pls!

Hi all,

New built PC with C2D 6600 and Asus P5B Deluxe

When I power on first time after install every parts, nothing happens, no post, no video, no beep, no anything.

Now I remove all the RAM, still no anything, no post, no beep.....

Are you guys sure that this MB is dead?

What are your specs?

You took out all RAM sticks leaving all RAM slots empty? And nothing?

Yes. Still nothing after I took out memory sticks leaving ALL RAM slots empty.

MSI X1900XT
Antec 500W PSU
G Skill 2GB DDR2 800
WD 250GB SATAII disk

All the lights are on, fans are working.
Just no video, no beep, no post, with and w/o RAM stick.
