OH dear...and I thought it couldn't get any worse for AMD/ATI. What do you think would happen with an Intel/NVidia union? Will we only be buying Intel and NVidia in the future? Imagine writing software and games for Intel and NVidia only. Prices will probably skyrocket, but we'll see hardware support similar to gaming consoles IMO which will result in a much more reliable platform. However, I am in no way a proponent of a single CPU/GPU world. I like variety, competition, and choice.

I think it'll be an interesting next few months :)

No, it's going to be an "interesting" couple of minutes for you once Wingding shows up. You won't survive a few months.

I'd say start running now, but it's a waste of time. He can sure shift once he's got the smell of n00b in his nostrils.

I'm considering doing stand-up or something at some point.

Reply to mugz

I do a lot of stand up, some bars have no stools.

Reply to Tom_Smart

A lot of bars have more stools than barmen to serve them...

Reply to mugz

I've seen a bar so busy that the pumps were left running with someone just switching glasses as they filled. Even then they were having difficulty keeping up. Here is the crowd doing the drinking.

I shall, hopefully be seeing this again soon.

Looks like Soldier's Field before a Bears game.

It is St Georges Hall During a Liverpool homecoming.

Reply to Tom_Smart

I've seen crowds like that before... like my little-documented wine tasting event somewhere in Palestine, shortly before those sodding bastards wearing the armour and red crosses showed up and ruined everything.

Reply to mugz

Come on, they never ruined everything, we now have a vibrant arms market.

Reply to Tom_Smart

There is that... [/is involved in said arms market]

Reply to mugz

Then I guess you have yourself to thank.
