Ive pretty much finalised my system spec. I decided that ill get a 7600 gt to fill in the 3 or 4 month wait untill vista and dx10 is released. Please could you recomend a PSU which will be able to handle a monstrous dx10 card in this system.

DabsValue NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT 256MB DDR3 PCI-E DVI - £100

(Bundle)
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C5 TwinX (2x1GB)
+
Intel DP965LT 965 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
+
Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz - £500

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum - £100

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB ST3250620AS SATA-II 16MBCache£60

total =£760

Also, what does OEM mean if it says that on the product name?

thanks

Look at OCZ 700W PSUs.

OEM means it meant for system builders and comes with a plastic bag or bubble wrap. Sometimes you lose included software in the deal too. Still, its much cheaper and the way to go everytime you can except on the CPU and motherboard.

well thanks for the info....however i will only be using one hard drive, 1 dvd drive, 1 graphics card. So my pc shouldnt be that hungry :lol:

The OCZ GameXtremes are excellent units and the 700 will be plenty powerful even after you upgrade to DX-10.
