[SOLVED] Bluescreen

Ok I connected a video projector to a macbook pro via HDMI . At first it worked somewhat fine but the resolution was messed up so I tried to change it and the screen on the laptop went blue and the projector was displaying "NO SIGNAL". Now the projector wont display anything no matter on what resolution I set the laptop. How do I fix this ?

The laptop res doesn't matter unless you have mirrored displays in which case only resolutions that will work on both displays will show up. If you don't have a mirrored display setup, there will be two lists of resolutions that come up - one for the macbook monitor and one for the projector.
