Hard drive on windows 7 new settings

Hello,
my installed a new hard drive due to failure of old one, ordered recovery disc, installed windows 7 and drivers, first it said it needed to be reinstalled then it locked me out now i am back to the reinstall again...plz help...i really dont know where i need to go with this or what settings i need to change to correct the problem

you may have to call microsoft and get another ID code,which costs you nothing if you tell them what you did, because win 7 knows you changed your hard drive. Win 7 is very picky when it comes to changing hardware.
