This one is beyond me, and I hope one of you can shed some light on it for me. My setup is in my sig. The box benches 10042 stock with 3DMark06 while both 7950's are installed rolling the following drivers.

AppName=NVIDIA Display Drivers
ProductGUID=EFB7D050-CAD2-11D4-B34D-00105A1C23DD
CompanyName=NVIDIA Corporation
CompanyURL=http://www.nvidia.com/
EngineVersion=9.1.0.429

In this state the memory shows 1.2GB in windoz, not 2.0 GB.

If I remove the second 7950, it will bench at about 8500 give or take, and windoz will show 2.0GB memory. Moving the sticks in the dimms does'nt change this situation.

Has anyone else run into this? I seached for a thread but found nothing.
I am aware that asus calls for 667 memory and this is 800.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

Try to manually underclock your ram to 667 using the BIOS. I dont know why you 800 RAM should back a difference but I'm not familiar with the specs and compatibility of your motherboard.

Another thoery is that maybe the application is just listing the wrong amount of RAM.

Other than that I have no idea.
