that was certainly a lame argument though. sue samsung because sellers are shipping phones to USA addresses. best withdraw the case instead of looking like bigger asshats when samsung wins the trial. Its glaringly obvious that lawyers are running apple. theyre looking for any excuse to sue. It says alot about a company when more than half the press they get is related to lawsuits instead of innovation and products.

Unfortunately, Amazon isn't just any other seller. By taking out Amazon they've made the US Market for the phone significantly smaller. Now only people who really want it will get one, not people who were "considering" it.

That's the whole point here. They did not take out Amazon, or indeed anyone else. Samsung does not sell this phone in the US and anywhere you find carrying it is basically grey marketing out of Europe/Asia. Win or Lose had the lawsuit gone through it would only have the effect of lining a few more lawyers pockets while not materially effecting the availability of the phone to any end user.
