No really... We kinda need more information. How many pins WHERE? For what Component or Cable?

Sorry I mean 4-pin and 3-pin connectors.

The P5W has the following fan connectors:

1-4 pin CPU fan
2-3 pin PWR Fan (located by the CPU)
2-3 pin CHA Fan (located by all the SATA connectors in the corner)
