Looking for a new mobo, but....

I can't seem to find one that has all the specs I'm looking for with a price under 300 bucks. I'm upgrading one of my riggs off of it's current Barton core platform to an AM2 platform. I'm a heavy user of SCSI and wanted to know if anyone knows of a mobo out there other than the M2N32 WS Professional from ASUS that has AM2 support with PCI-X 133 architecture?

d00d, ADD! Sorry, been milking time bloacks at client site and it's making my mind go madd!

Yeah, 300 smakers for that damn board! I know it's a rip off, and it pisses me off that resellers list PCI-X but they are referring to PCI-Express when you try to search for new other ones, that gets me heated!
