Blue screen

Hello,my OS is Winodws7 when i start up my laptop there's a blue screen appear and after that the safe mode, and other modes shows. what can i do? please help me. what is the cause of it? what can i do to remove this permanently?

When the DOS sort of window appears to run it in safe mode or command prompt way, choose safe mode. See if the problem occurs again.
