just got my new x2 4800+ I love it :)

CPU-z is showing the voltage fluctuating around 1.328-1.376

Is this normal? Why does it do this?

That's normal (For the most part). It's not like your board can provide a exact voltage 100% of the time. My Celeron fluctuates between 1.536V and 1.568V in the CPU-Z screen.

If it fluctuates by more than 0.1V or a large number like that then I'd be worried.

Just chalk it up as a software innacuracy, there's nothing wrong with your hardware, the app is simply alternating between rounding the sensor data up and down, the actual variation most likely is much lower than it appears.

It is ok, PSU is not ideal, so the voltage can fluctuate within 0.1V margine.

whats wrong with this PSU? I thought it was one of the best? What's ideal?

You didn't understand me. The PSU is ok. Surely it's one of the best. Nothing is ideal. :)

My vcore fluctuates from 1.436 to 1.512 and is stil normal; it depends on the voltage converter on the motherboard, on the PSU and less likely on the CPU, however, some fluctuation is more than normal.
I'd rather be affraid if it stayed all the time on a fixed value (that means your sensor is crap of even GONE!
