Hi, this is probly my first post at THG. Uhm my question is I was questioning about upgrading, I currently run a Geforce 6800 128mb videocard and i was curious if upgrading my videocard would increase proformance in battlefield2. If i was to upgrade my system... what card would i choose? I was recently looking at Bolth Lineup's X800XT X850Pro...7800GS. I run AGP by the way. My system is

Asus UGURU Board. Cant remember name was about $160
1 gig ram Buffalo
AMD 3400+ 2.41 Ghz.
Nvidia 6800 128mb

Sometime sive been seeing weird texture messups in the maps. like a building would have broken cornors or huge black squares. In battlefield2

Those are all great cards. Get whatever you can afford.

The 7600 GS is a good card if you can't afford a 7800 GS.

Used: X800 XL, 6800 GT are awesome for the price

New: An X800 GTO or 7600 GS would be good.

The best upgrade if you can afford it would be the new AGP 7600 GTs.

The 7800 GS' are overpriced, and only deliver 7600 GT performance at stock speeds. They overclock better thoguh, but it's probably not worth it.
