that is the computer he has...

i want to be able to help him oc his pc so can u tell me what i need to do to make it completely stable and run it as fast as possible with his hardware and for indefinetly i think so it has to run stable.

so any help would be appreciated. the steps he should take? ram timings etc any other mobo settings etc that would help him get his pc to run really well...
