Weird Fonts/Text on Geforce 7900

Hi

Just switched from ATI 9800 Pro to a 7900 GeForce 7900.
I'm using the 91.47 Drivers.

Games are running ok'apart from the odd CTD.
But i'm finding general surfing the net a pain.
Hard to describe'but black text on a white background seems to have a slight ghosting blurry effect.
Also text seems much thinner and smaller.
i have tried enlarging the text in the view options in internet explorer'but they are too big then i the next step up from standard size.
It hurts your eyes after a while.

Any idea if i can fix this?

Try downloading the newest drivers, also for you mainboard. Also try changing you setting in the nVidia settings, down in the right corner.

If you are using a LCD monitor, make sure you are using it's native resolution.

Is there such a thing called cleartype switched on? Display properties > appearance > effects > second item down?

This might do something.

I tried using 91.47 and didn't like it, it made everything look like it was lower resolution than it really was...

84.21 works better for me? not much help I know. Did you clean the drivers out fully, as their could be incompatibilies ati to nvidia.
