Hello,
Right after I had setup Internet Connection Sharing between XPpro(w/ internet connection) and Win98, I was not able to access shared drives between from either of those computers. How do I need to setup my network in order to have both, ICS and able to see files between each other? Thank you in advance for and suggestions/links.

You need to set the drives to be shared. On the xp machine goto my computer and right click the drive you want to share, select sharing and security and follow the prompts.
Cant remember what all you have to do on the 98 machine but may be similar.
