Finding IP adress

I am new to this site but I recently found out some of my documents and pictures have been edited I never had a problem with microsoft 7 or even know how to. Use it but I. I've been receiving emails I have a herassment case going on with my ex employer I never used used her computer but when I hooked up my black berry to my pc al my contacts were exposed ever since then my black berry and my pc have been acting weird my files and my emails have been looping and. How do I make it stop and how can I obtain the ip adress or address.that are using my microsoft 7 office to cause all this mayhem without going thru geek squad. And all my emails have been comprimised. Please help I new to this and how are they doing it and what should I do besides contacting lawenforcement because they are of no help.
