I would go with the 7950GX2, because of the monitor, and the resolution on that. It'll run games a lot smoother than a 7900GTX.

Agreed. Dual-GPU cards and setups are actually worth the extra money if you have a large screen (like your 24" Samsung)

With a 7950GX2 your system looks very good overall.

Games will run better on that card, because of the monitor you have selected.

I would go for the cheapest, very little difference between them. Maybe few MHz of clock speed difference, nothing big.
