Agreed. Dual-GPU cards and setups are actually worth the extra money if you have a large screen (like your 24" Samsung)

With a 7950GX2 your system looks very good overall.

Games will run better on that card, because of the monitor you have selected.

you think which will of these card it will be the best
I would go for the cheapest, very little difference between them. Maybe few MHz of clock speed difference, nothing big.
