Best Midrange mobo for E6300?

Hey guys topic says it all. Im looking to spend $100-$150 on the mobo. Also if possible im curious as to what your guys opinions are on the best mid range graphics card to go with the cpu + mobo combo.

The eVGA cards are nice, because they have the step-up plan. If, within 90 days, you decide you want a better video card, you can step-up to a better model eVGA card and they will exchange with you and you just pay the difference. GL :)

Which problems are you specifically talking about ? See the GA-965P-DS3 thread on XS, the vast majority of issues were adressed some time ago through BIOS updates (the latest version was officially released yesterday to improve E6300 & E6400 overclocking) or have very simple workarounds.
