You need Windows Mobile 2003 SE for landscape format. I do not believe
the 2210 came with SE. If you have it, when you select Start |
Settings | Screen, you should see an option to convert to landscape
mode.

Not out of the box. The option to rotate the screen from Portrait to
Landscape and vice versa arrived with Wm2003SE. Your 2210 has WM2003 and HP
have not released an upgrade and have no plans to do so. There are 3rd
party utilities which will do this such as Nyditot and JS Landscape but
there are caveats to their use, they don't work with all apps for instance.
