Is a dual boot possible with this disk layout

I have 3 80GB SATA disk. Two of them are in raid 0 (ICH7R) running win xp pro.

Can I put Linux on the 3rd disk? Will GRUB be able to install it's boot loader on the first disk or will it mess up the raid?

Depending on which flavor of Linux you are using, you should not have any problems. The intelligence of the bootloader should not affect the existing windows installation.
