Building myself a computer for first time in nov/dec before christmas

Will have

-Core 2 Duo E6600 (2.4GHz)
-XFX 7950GT Extreme (570MHz/1.5GHz) X1
-NFORCE 590 sli (C55)
-2 GB CRUCIAL BALLISTIX DDR2 667 (CL3) (OR 2GB SIMILAR COST)
-2X SEAGATE BARRACUDA 7200.10 320gb SATAII HDD (2 ADDED IN 6M)
-FUSION HDTV PLUS TV TUNER
-WIRELESS NETWORK CARD
-CREATIVE SOUND CARD W/O FROMT PANEL
-5X LED CASE FANS (3X80mm, 2x120mm)
-Thermaltake bigwater 745 for CPU
-4 USB connected at most times.

Would my 430W thermaltake psu (XP550np(w0084)) that came with my shark case be enough or would i need a new PSU ?

If so what would you recommend ?, not to expensive (< $130AUD )

extreme outervision PSU calculator says it uses 358W.

PSU would only be used till 2nd generation of DX10 GPU's when upgrade to two of these in SLi and new PSU and give brother PSU if better than his. :D

The system wouldn't be overclocked till upgrade i.e. not on this PSU.
