The most basic i know of would be the either the Dell axim x5, the hp1915 or
the acer n30, all can be got for under £150.

All of the are going to have the "consumer software". There are basic units
out there in performance and function. I would suggest looking at the
Pocket PC Magazine Buyers Guide (http://www.pocketpcmag.com/bg04/ppcs.asp)
for a good side-to-side comparison of models.
