Just downloaded this application for my Dell Axim X30 and it works and
syncs fine. However this seems to be a cut down version of the desktop
Money as there is no "bills and deposits" , "cashflow", etc options. I
would like to enter my forecasted bills into the register and forecast
my cashflows. As I don't use the investments option it seems that this
program is no more than a electronic bank statement that syncs with
Money 2005. Am I missing something here is is this all that the ppc
version can do ? Are there alternatives available as I am quite happy
to pay for a good program that can do the b/d and cf bit as well...

Yes, that is about all Pocket Money does. There are more advanced
alternatives available. You might want to take a look at Mastersoft Money
which is available here: http://www.mastersoftmobilesolutions.com/

unfortunately - No. pocket money offers nothing except a means to record
transactions on the go to sync with your desktop later. Unfortunately, I
have yet to find a good alternateive. Mastersoft (as suggested by Brad) is
a great stand alone program but does not sync with the desktop, you can
manually import/export .qif files

Now if it would only download transactions from the bank directly I would
be a happy camper. Alas, not be had yet, although Mastersoft money is
indeed much better than pocket money.

Cash Organizer from www.inesoft.com is much more full featured and has a module
to sync with MM Money. You can have it for a trial period.
