hi! i know this is probably NOOB question ! but how do i check what kind of cpu i have instead of opening up my comp. is their a way to check on the full specs and what kind of processor i have threw windoews?

Download this utility. CPU-Z is a freeware that gathers information on some of the main devices of your system.

Try this utility from Intel to identify your processor.
