If it makes you feel any better, I just fried a gig stick of DDR2-800 Corsair memory. So I'm paying just about as much as you are for memory on my current box. :(

Thank goodness I bought 4 sticks, so I'm still in pretty good shape.

Yeah, but your price includes VAT. So when you add the sales tax I have to pay when I order from Newegg....... No, wait nevermind there is no sales tax for me as Newegg doesn't operate from my state :lol: , only the small cost of shipping! I love living here sometimes!
