In administrationtools> Network connections. U can start, stop and deactivate
this service.
Something really strang happens to me when I have this service started.
When it's deactivate I have a download connection speed of approx 120 kb/sec.
When I activate it and start the service, and restart my computer my speed
drops to 40-50 kb/sec.
This is not temporary I have tryed either ways fore some weeks and
downloaded same files. Whenever I run the service my connection speed drops
drastacly.
Can this reallty be possible????

This is how the command is run when started
C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
