should i up grade psu?

Hi all
i have this pc and i want to get a 7600gt(after reading a sticky here) should i up grade or will the stock work.
i read some where that stock ps since amps are higher that it may still work

it loks like it has 1--- 12v @19a

being that this is a hp that i got lucky w/ i only paid $643.00(us) including tax and im having a hell of a time un installing the crap ware i was also thinking bout a new case, psu, and mb
