ECS Nforce 570, no video

I'm trying to get this thing to post. Here is a list of what I have:

ECS NForce 570 Slit-a ver. 5.1
Gigabyte 7600GS 256mb silent
1gb OCZ DDR2667 PC5400 unbuffered (single stick)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400
Antec Smartpower 500wt

Have re-seated everything in the board, disconnected everything but the keyboard, floppy and one hard drive. I have both plugs on the motherboard (4-pin). Reset the CMOS more than once, moved the memory stick to any position,swapped out vid with a PCI card to no avail. I got a memory beep once, stick wasn't seated 100%. Hard drive just sits there and spins. The drive works, it's from the previous machine I an replacing the board from. Floppy does nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks! Not sure what happened, but this morning I got it to fire up. Added hardware, now I am redoing Windows since it didn't like all the changes I applied to it.
