Ok so I'm in the process of testing my current OCing with Prime but I have just a quick question about this part of the guide

Part6. Finalising
-Lower vCore by one notch at a time until lowest possible while maintaining the same stableness
-Do the same for vMCH, vFSB, vICH after the above step is completed

Does that mean that I must run Prime and Memtest every time I lower the voltage? And if so, for how long must I run Prime to make sure it's stable?

Thanks!

The idea is to eliminate bumped up voltages you don't need to be stable, so as to conserve the life of the components. Yes you will need to run tests each time. You can do one prime every night before you sleep or something run for a few hours if possible. Although keep in mind a lot of computers fail prime in 15 minutes that will never have a problem with anything else, lol. Don't try to do it all in one day, you will be rushed and not take as much time.
