Are you talking about syncing the Ipaq directly with the Smartphone?

As far as I know, there is no way to pair two ActiveSync clients, i.e. you
will need a "server" - a desktop PC.

You can sync both devices with one PC.

If you want to sync the devices with the PC by bluetooth, there are ways.
Please respond to the forum.
