Whats the difference between C19 and C55?

Can someone please explain or refer me to some material that explains whats the differences between C19 and C55?

with the actual C19, people have reported that they cannot go higher than 300mhz, some hopefully did, but the system becomes very unestable. The maximum FSB is 325mhz.

C55 will hopefully fix this and make C19 look ridiculous
