Temperature need help!

hi guys i have Dfi Lanparty xpert motherboard my computer is showing these temps

CPU 30c
PWm 37c
chipset 44c
GPU 46c

is it normal?

can u guys tell me a gud software to see cpu,chipset,psu,gpu temperatures,voltages,fan speeds?

give us more specs

i use EVEREST Ultimate Edition it shows you very detailed description of your rig from temps, voltage, fsb, timings etc, etc to built in Stability Test, memory and hdd bench.
