I have a very similar setup and I have to tell you that I went through 2 asus motherboards p5wdh and I think there crap. The motherboard would not allow me to get into windows. It would work once every 5 restarts. I finally gave up and returned it and got the intel version D957XBX which worked right out of the box no problems. Working on the second day no problems runs flawless. Here's my specs. Again I would look at a different motherboard my opinion. Oh by they way I highly reccommend the dell monitor down below. With games on high setting looks great no shadows
