Kinda of a dumb BIOS question

I have a Gigabyte GA-M59 590 Mobo. When I received it, the BIOS listed was the F3. The F5 is the most current. Do I need to flash F4 first or can I upgrade right to F5? F4 doesnt seem to be a major upgrade, but F5 improves DDR2 compatibility. Thanks. I think I know the answer but Im a little OCD. I havent really done a BIOS flash recently.

I see no reason why you can't update directly to f5.
Just do it!
