I just installed a Geforce 6200 PCI 128 MB 3D Fuzion....and its been random crashing for some time, like every 4-7 hours...

Once it said my driver is not behaving properly, or some such thing...

I've DLed the latest driver from Nvidia - what else can I do? This card is old old old, yet they STILL don't have stable drivers?

Any ideas?

Not a clue, but the house is cool and the case has its entire side removed so it is well vetilated...actuall temp i dont know

Try putting the side back on. The coolers sometimes rely on airflow to keep the thing cool - having a big void at the side (which is what you have when you've pulled the cover) means there's no airflow other than convection which often isn't enough to keep things cool...

Have you tried the 84.21 drivers they are the most stable one's I've found but I can't say I've tried them on a PCI card only on an AGP & a PCI-E but they might work for you.
