enabling IDE raid

Hi there, how exactly do you enable IDE raid on the asus motherboard listed in my signature below? thanks

Unless you are enabling RAID 1 or RAID 5 then STOP RIGHT THE FUCK NOW!

RAID 1 will fuck you up badly, and ruin your life: It'll also sleep with your wife, train your dog to shit in your slippers, make you crash your car, give your boss the bird and run over your dog!

After it has done all this, it will lose all your data, run no faster than a single drive, break down twice as often, cause you to go prematurely grey (or if you are grey already, for all your hair to fall out completely).

See? RAID 1 is BAD!

so tell me anyways, how do i enable raid? i'll be using two small hardrives with no data on them.
