You will have to ask the individual you purchased the laptop from.

We cannot/will not assist with bypassing security.

- You do have contact details for the person who sold you this laptop?

- You did witness the laptop start up, and therefore also witnessed - and wrote down - the password requirement?

If you have no password and no seller contact details then you'll have to mark this up as lesson learnt, unfortunately.

As we cannot verify ownership we cannot help further.

+1^ to both posters, contact the seller and they will help you if this laptop was legitimately bought or obtained.
