Buying a new CPU

Hi all I'm upgrading and want to spend around £200 on a cpu and Mobo combined. I'm a little confused (even by some of the posts here) on which one to go for.

Its going to be a gaming rig running one PCIe card and I normally go for AMD. Any adice would be appreciated, thanks.
