Best Intel/Asus Mobo for 7950 GX2 ?????

Hello, I recently bouth a EVGA 7950 GX2. I would like to go with ASUS because I like its overclocking utility. Here are some features I need:

1) Compatibility with Intel P4 3.73 EE and EVGA 7950GX2 from the boot. No BIOS updates!
2)Install 1 SATA HD plus 2 SATA HD in RAID 0
3)8 USB ports

The new P5N32-SLI Premium/Wi-FiAP will probably do the job, but I dont wanna wait. Maybe the P5W DH Deluxe or P5N32-SLi SE Deluxe will work? However, I heard that the P5N32-SLi SE Deluxe has compatibility issues with the P4 3.73 and Im also afraid that the P5W DH Deluxe will not reconize the 7950gx2 two cores.

By the way, I have a Gigabyte GA-8I955x Royal, not compatible with the 7950GX2 and thats why I need to upgrade. I just want a board that is better then this one I am currently using and so that I can install the videocard.
