HELP!!! BIOS self reset

OK my motherbuard is Mtasonic, i have the folloing problem :
BIOS self resetting, when i start the computer after the power cord is off the machine .

--the battery is new and measured : 3.13V
--the clear Cmos jumper is set to normal
--the power supply have no problem

when the power cord is connected ,there is no problem ,when I start the computer.

Change the battery.

And if it still doenst work, update BIOS.

Otherwise, get a new mobo.
