I believe you enter your motherboard from the drop down and the Corsair configurator will find compatible memory for your board. I have used this many times. I think you can simply type in your MB specifications and the tool will locate memory that is compatible with that board.

Why would you want to use that memory in the first place??
Go with any DDR2 800 with 4-4-4-12 timings. Itll be using the same chips as corsair therefore delivering the same performance for a lower price.
This is the cheapest one of them in newegg.

I keep telling you a G. Skill technician told me not to buy the RAM you are suggesting when I asked about that RAM. The RAM He suggested overclocks much better. I have it, it's great. I'm very lucky I contacted G. Skill and ask the company about the RAM you keep suggesting. Their own technician said the RAM I bought overclocks much better than the RAM you are recommending. I built this last week. Runs super in every aspect.

OF COURSE your modules are better for overclocking, it has lower rated voltages (newegg got it wrong idk why) than one im recommending, therefore it puts up with more voltage giving it more room to reach higher speeds.
It is also more expensive, its $300 for the 2GB if im not mistaken. I would pick the Patriot modules for $275 instead of that (all newegg prices).
Given that they both use the same Micron D9GMH chips they both will reach 500Mhz at CL5 wich is the $/performance point in trying to recommend here.

You meant 400Mhz, DDR = Double Data Rate, remember?? n00b

I'm hardly a noob. 800 mhz plus, transfers data at 6.4 Mb per second.. Newegg raised the price for 2 x 1GB $40 on monday.
