Super Small and decently fast...(computer for AIT)

I am in the US Army at Fort Gordon and have access to computers, but only for the internet. No peripherals, just a screen, keyboard and mouse, and money insert / credit card insert. What I'm looking for is a, in a sense, cigar box computer. Power isn't a need much, just something to get on the internet with wirelessly (big one, no land lines), USB Ports, decent HDD (100 to 500 GB), and analog output [video, audio] (yellow, red, white). Windows XP Pro compatible too. Thank you.

A laptop would be lacking for HD space, but then you would have it all together for not much trouble.

An ITX form factor build would also suit, and you can drop in a good drive there, and you needs aren't too demanding so it sound like the thing to do - but you will still have the screen and the input devices as seperate items.
