This hard drive needs a home

I got this 60 gig IDE hard drive that I got off my old comp. I wana put in another old comp.....so when I try to boot into windows with it, well it just wont. :x

Could be because you need to reformat and reinstall windows xp and load up your new systems drivers first.

You might try doing a windows repair with the windows CD at the second prompt during installation of the OS sotware. If you can get into windows load up your drivers for your new MB. Don't really know if that would work for you. Fresh install would work better. Then you would need the MB system drivers.
