The graphics card is a special edition one that is about a handful of FPS away from those rip off 8800 Ultra's for $900-$1000. Warranty is transferable with the GPU, eVGA's 1+1. I have it registered and spoke with a eVGA rep on this.
On average this card is up to 22% faster than any reference 8800 GTX and will run much cooler. The card has NEVER been overclocked from the standard clocks of (Core 626, Memory 1000). I assure you of this because brand new it costed me $700. I wasn't going to mess around and void my warranty and have a paper weight. Mentioned before, you will have eVGA's 1+1 warranty if need be.
