Navigation to the Webpage was cancelled Error message cannot delete

Hello,
Every time I access the Internet a window displays in the bottom right of my screen with the message'Navigation to the webpage was cancelled' & I'm unable to close the window.I'm using Windows7.
Help please it's driving me nuts!!

I use to own a linksys router that i had to reset all the time,to clear an issue like this!
