Has anyone installed Linux on a 975X motherboard?

The Linus installer (Suse 9.2) can't see any of my SATA disks. I have two in raid 0 with win xp and the third has a 50GB unallocated partition on it. The installer can't see any of the disks. I don't expect it to see the raid volume, but the third disk with the unallocated partition, it should ?

Using DFI Infinity 975X.

Here's a review where they ran Linux on an i975x mobo. I don't recall them having any SATA problems, but you might get something out of the article. GL :)

It was the installer. I tried Suse 10.1 and it was able to detect the disks correctly and as expected it warned me that the raid 0 disks were not going to be available.
